We work extensively in aged care, hospitality, education, commercial and domestic environments throughout the entire metropolitan area. Our business carries a $10,000,000 Public Liability insurance policy with NRMA and we ensure that all non-employees (Subcontractors) maintain their own Personal Protection Insurance when working on our projects. The safety of our staff and the public is of paramount importance to us . All our staff hold workcover certified Construction Induction Cards and are routinely checked for and issued with Personal Protective Equipment. A site specific safe work method statement is completed for each project and all our electrical tools and leads are tagged monthly by a qualified person. OUR SERVICES TIMBER FLOORING SUPPLY & INSTALLATION SERVICES - Supply and installation of of Engineered / Laminate Floating Floors including the installation of underlay, scotia, beading & trims.
- Supply and installation of Solid T & G 19mm(+) onto concrete , plywood, existing T & G or particle board (level sand may be required in particle board cases).
- Supply and installation of Solid T & G overlay 10mm – 14mm over any appropriate level substrate (trowel glued).
- Supply and installation of Solid T & G 10mm – 19mm pre finished onto concrete, plywood, existing T & G or particle board (level sand may be required in particle board cases).
- Supply and Installation of Parquetry in all standard patterns, custom design, handmade patterns, inlays and boarders on to any level appropriate substrate (trowel glued) specialise
SANDING, STAINING / WHITE WASHING AND POLISHING SERVICES Sanding, staining / white washing and polishing of OLD & NEW floors using either of the following coating systems; - Standard coating systems (tung oil and modified oil).
- Water Based (two pac commercial grade polyurethane).
- Classic (Synteko).
- Solid Oil (Synteko).
- Gemini and maintenance coats.
SUBFLOOR / FLOOR LEVELING SERVICES - Supply, installation and leveling packing of new or existing hardwood timber battens (applies to any floor which does not meet Australian Standard).
- Level Sanding of new or existing subfloors.
- Concrete Grunding.
- Supply and application of floor leveling compounds.
